Are you interested in managing significant high‑tech construction projects in sectors such as semiconductor or battery manufacturing? As a Supervisor Construction Management, you will be on construction sites overseeing subcontractors and managing the execution of complex EPC projects or subprojects for plants and factories.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Construction management of high‑tech industrial projects with a focus on electrical engineering
• Ensuring standard‑compliant installation and integration of electrical systems, including medium and low‑voltage systems, power distribution and control technology
• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and maintaining overall site perspective
• Checking and approving technical documents such as cable plans, circuit diagrams and test reports
• Documenting construction progress and reporting to site management
• Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
• Participation in site inspections, acceptance and coordination meetings
• Recording and tracking defects
• Taking measurements and checking the documents submitted by subcontractors

Show Your Expertise

• Completed apprenticeship in construction engineering or an equivalent engineering degree in electrical or building services engineering
• First professional experience in construction supervision or execution of electrical engineering projects
• Knowledge of building laws, local regulations and standards is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within the D‑A‑CH region and stay at the project site for up to 5 days at a time
• Strong intercultural skills, team spirit and an independent way of working
• Very good written and spoken German language skills for smooth communication with project partners
• Very good knowledge of English
• German driving licence class B
