• Be actively involved in service, take on team leadership as a shift supervisor, and ensure everything runs smoothly, whether behind the bar, in service, or at the front desk.
• Ensure all service, quality, and hygiene standards are met – always with an eye for detail.
• Conduct training, coaching, and onboarding of new team members.
• Handle communication and ensure all team members are informed.
• Receive guest feedback and ensure quick and effective solutions.
• Share insider tips for the best hotspots in the city and make guests feel at home from the first moment to the last drink.

• Have gained experience in a similar position, ideally in trendy gastronomy or lifestyle hotels.
• Are flexible and willing to work in shifts.
• Consider reliability, multitasking, and eagerness to learn as your strengths.
• Present yourself confidently, bring lots of joie de vivre, and have a sense of humor.
• Enjoy working with international, demanding guests and know how to respond smartly to different wishes.
• Speak fluent German and English.
