YOU...

• work as a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) for the auxiliary systems of our gas turbines, steam turbines and generators
• you will be responsible for conducting supplier qualification, development, and quality assurance measures
• support a cross-functional team by assessing supplier capabilities, conducting supplier audits, and evaluating quality management systems and processes
• manage product and process qualification, ensuring suppliers' processes are approved in line with the Manufacturing Quality Control Plan
• perform source, virtual, and desk inspections of suppliers within the designated area of responsibility
• coordinate nonconformance processing with suppliers and ensure appropriate actions are taken to prevent recurrence
• monitor supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adjust quality, inspection, and development planning activities accordingly
• work with various Supplier Quality & Development tools and databases, ensuring data quality and transparency

Be our forward thinker

YOU...

• hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline
• have technical experience in industrial process technology and / or auxiliary systems in energy generation plants (preferred)
• have more years of experience in a technical field and / or working in Supply Chain Management or Quality Management
• have experience conducting supplier audits and knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements; additional ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications are a plus
• are willing to travel approximately 30% of the time
• have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
