  • Your tasks:
  • To join and be integrated into a dynamic, multicultural, and collaborative team driven by a passion for excellence
  • To deal with electrical components and electromechanical systems, supporting the quality process development and implementation
  • To work closely with cross-functional teams (procurement, supplier quality, commodity managers, and project teams)
  • To implement supplier quality strategies directly at supplier locations in coordination with procurement teams
  • To lead audits, manage follow-ups, and ensure closure of action plans for identified non-conformities
  • To qualify suppliers for both standard and special processes
  • To monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • To collaborate with commodity managers to define and follow up on strategic objectives
  • To assist customer sites in resolving supplier-related issues
  • To contribute to cross-functional teams aimed at developing or optimizing supplier quality standards, processes, and tools

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline
  • 5–10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in supplier quality, industrialization, or manufacturing of electrical components
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial processes and problem-solving methodologies
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, Technical Purchase Specifications
  • Solid understanding of risk assessment and electrical integration procedures
  • Proven communication and leadership abilities within matrix organizations
  • Ability to operate effectively in international and multicultural environments
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • German language is a plus
