Responsibilities
- You work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to drive the resolution of quality issues at suppliers.
- You establish a quality scorecard and a regular assessment process for suppliers.
- You organize and perform on‑site release audits according to VDA 6.3 / IATF 16949, as well as regular re‑audits, and support joint audits with customers as needed.
- You define and implement quality control processes for incoming components and support the definition of Safe Launch Plans (SLP) at suppliers.
- You define, create, and implement Supplier Quality Assurance Agreements (SQAA).
- You support and cooperate with TDK‑Micronas business units on product quality requirements such as yield and BIN limits according to TDK‑Micronas’ Product Quality Limit Agreement (PQLA).
Profile & Qualifications
- You have a degree in physics, engineering, or a related field.
- You have 3–5 years of proven experience in supplier quality management, preferably in a production environment.
- You have sound knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, both front‑end and back‑end.
- You have a solid understanding of quality process controls and commonly used methodologies.
- You have proven experience as an auditor according to ISO, IATF, and VDA standards.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial leadership experience.
- You are willing to travel internationally to support our suppliers.
- You have very good written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage.
