We are currently looking for a Supply chain Officer on behalf of one of our clients based in Differdange.

Your responsibilities

Your role: contribute to the development of sales forecasts, analyze trends, and take part in the continuous improvement of the planning process.

• Participate in developing sales forecasts by analyzing customer data, historical data, and market trends.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and contribute to corrective actions in case of discrepancies.
• Prepare and consolidate planning reports and KPIs for management.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to incorporate promotions, product launches, and supply capacities into the forecasts.
• Contribute to S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings.
• Participate in optimizing tools, processes, and databases related to demand planning.
• Ensure data quality in forecasting tools (SAP, Excel, Power BI, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a similar field.
• First experience (min. 2–3 years) in demand planning, supply planning, business analysis, or an analytical role.
• Strong data skills, advanced Excel, and ideally experience with SAP/APO or forecasting tools.
• Ability to analyze, structure, and clearly present conclusions.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Comfortable with digital tools and new technologies (Power BI, analytics platforms, etc.).
• Languages: professional proficiency in German and English. French or Italian is a plus.
