• Evaluate and qualify our global supplier network based on scalability, cost efficiency, delivery reliability, resilience, and sustainability to support our growth strategy.
• Work with suppliers to achieve development targets aligned with category management principles.
• Analyze suppliers' processes and KPIs to derive measures for process improvements, organization enhancements, risk management strategies, production networks etc.
• Implement measures to reduce supplier risk scores resulting from evaluations.
