Supply Chain Product Owner Asset Care Senior Manager

Lead the digital transformation of Asset Care at Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners.

We’re looking for a visionary Senior Manager, Product Owner to drive the integration of operational and digital technologies across our Asset Care field. In this role, you’ll shape strategy, deliver complex projects, and champion innovation to boost efficiency and productivity.

What to expect

• Vision and Strategy Development: Building and sharing the long‑term vision for the product with stakeholders, translating it into a yearly plan, prioritizing requirements, and setting ambitions to achieve them.
• Project Management and Execution: Define and validate the objectives of the projects under your responsibility, engage stakeholders, manage the integration of operational technology and digital systems, and guarantee that projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Identify risks and dependencies, escalations, and resolutions.
• Innovation and Optimization: Identify opportunities for technological advancements and process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity through digital transformation, including data management and analysis for better decision‑making.
• Cross‑Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Business Process Technology (BPT), Operations, and Engineering to align Asset Care projects with organizational goals and strategies.
• Change Management: Lead the organization through digital transformation changes, manage the human aspect of change, communicate new processes, and run training and knowledge‑transfer sessions. Partner with L&D and external providers to build learning materials.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices, especially regarding safety and cybersecurity.
• Supplier and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers, ensuring their contributions align with project goals and fostering best‑practice sharing.

Experience

• At least 8 years of professional experience in supply chain or business process & technology, ideally in the beverage industry.
• 4‑5 years of experience in operational technology and digital systems.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Analytical and Problem‑Solving: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions; ability to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus among diverse groups.
• Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and market conditions in a dynamic environment.

Desired Requirements And Competencies

• Certifications such as CSPO or PMP are a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in supply chain management, technology integration, and cybersecurity.

Language & Location

• English is required; additional European languages are an advantage.
• This role can be located from any of our European HQ locations with travel expected to be 50‑70%.
