Supply Chain Specialist – Graduate Position

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end overseas warehouse orders to ensure timely delivery across Amazon, DTC, retail, and distributor channels, maintaining data accuracy and resolving issues.
• Coordinate and oversee end-to-end logistics provider performance, evaluate KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify bottlenecks, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, and manage returns and reverse logistics to improve vendor performance and inventory turnover.
• Monitor inventory, analyze discrepancies, conduct stock counts, and support warehouse process optimization.

Qualifications

• Review vendor invoices, verify fulfillment data, and support payment processing and annual logistics budget analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or Operations Management.
• Internship experience in cross-border logistics, overseas warehouses, or e-commerce fulfillment (Amazon FBA/FBM, Retail) is a plus.
• Familiar with international logistics, customs, warehousing, and last-mile delivery; vendor management a plus.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP/WMS experience and strong data analysis skills preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills, with English or German for daily work.
