About the Role

We are seeking a Supply and Logistics Coordinator (m/w/d) to join our growing European team. In this key role, you will ensure the seamless movement of materials and products across the supply chain supporting efficient production and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

Procurement & Supplier Management: Coordinate procurement of materials and components in line with production schedules - Manage supplier performance in quality, cost, and delivery - Track purchase orders and address supply issues proactively

Inventory & Stock Control: Maintain accurate inventory records via ERP systems - Assist with forecasting and production scheduling - Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations

Logistics Coordination: Plan and monitor domestic and international shipments - Oversee transport documentation, customs, and compliance - Monitor delivery performance and coordinate with freight providers

Continuous Improvement & Reporting: Identify opportunities to optimise supply chain efficiency - Support reporting of KPIs and metrics - Collaborate with production, sales, and operations teams

About You

You are a dependable and detail-focused supply chain professional who brings strong problem-solving and coordination skills to the table. You work well across teams and value both structure and initiative in your approach.

You will come with a solid understanding of logistics, procurement, and supply chain processes - Experience with ERP or inventory management systems

Strong communication skills in English - Comfort working with international teams and suppliers - Analytical, proactive, and hands-on mindset
