Develop, maintain and harmonize global procurement policies, guidelines, processes and tools (incl. Drive, support and monitor global implementation of procurement best practices, including train-ing programs Lead, coordinate and support overarching procurement projects and activities Develop a data-driven culture and ensure the availability of up-to-date, integrated, and consistent procurement data Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and procedures National- and international travel activities Procurement professional with 5+ years of experience in consulting or international matrix environments, with strengths in designing and implementing effective organization, processes and modern procurement tools at a global level Experienced in implementing or managing processes in regard to source-to contract, purchase-to-pay and/or global business services Service-oriented capability to bring a strategic vision and hands-on contribution to achieve goals Fluent in English and preferable a 2nd language like German or French Good knowledge in SAP-MM and MS-Office
