Supply Officer (m/f/d) Aircraft On Ground - AIRBUS

Your responsibilities in this role:

• Manage the flow of materials to Airbus and identify solutions to resolve AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations
• Ensure the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and develop creative ideas to meet urgent needs
• Communicate demand to suppliers, place and track orders, analyze delivery delays, and implement recovery plans
• Actively participate in defining and negotiating logistics processes
• Monitor supply chain performance in day-to-day operations and maintain regular contact with suppliers
• Communicate regularly with internal customers regarding order progress
• Participate in the on-call service

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics,or acomparable qualification
• Initial work experience in material planning / material procurement, Customer Service, and supply chain / logistics
• Advanced user knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
• Negotiation-level proficiency in English
• Spanish and French language skills, as well as German, are an advantage
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and results-oriented manner to plan deadlines, coordinate workflows efficiently, and achieve goals on time
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Confident and professional demeanor combined with a quick grasp of new information
