Serviva GmbH is a long-standing co-operation partner of the Swedish software manufacturer Patrix AB and offers innovative software solutions for the management of intellectual property (IP). As an official partner in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we support companies and law firms in the implementation and ongoing support of Patricia® .

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a committed and communicative

Support employee (f/m/d)

(full or part-time)

who would like to work at the exciting interface between IP law, software and services after a thorough induction.

First point of contact for our customers for all technical and application-related questions relating to the Patricia® software

Supporting and assisting our customers in their day-to-day business as well as with special challenges in using the programme and creating reports

Analysing and solving software problems in close cooperation with our support team, the IT team and the Patrix AB support staff

Participating in training and advising customers on best practices and efficient ways of using the software

Documenting and maintaining support cases in our ticket system

Independent implementation of updates and customisations to meet the individual needs of customers

Support with the introduction and implementation of the software for new customers

Your profile

Comparable professional experience
First professional experience in support, ideally with a high affinity for IT
Basic knowledge of intellectual property (IP) is an advantage, but not a must
Strong communication skills, especially in telephone and email contact with customers
Structured and solution-orientated way of working and quick comprehension skills
Enjoy learning and working in a dynamic, technical environment
Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
