We are looking for a System Administrator to help drive the development and optimization of our osapiens HUB. In this role, you will help to manage and enhance our infrastructure, automate deployments, and ensure our platform's reliability, scalability, and security.

This role is based in Mannheim, a vibrant tech hub at the heart of Germany, where you'll collaborate with a talented, forward-thinking team. We embrace a hybrid work model, with three days a week in the office, ensuring the perfect balance between in-person collaboration and remote flexibility.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Linux servers across public cloud environments
• Design, enhance, and ensure high availability of our cloud infrastructure to support scalable and secure operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance cloud infrastructure for both internal and customer-facing systems
• Drive automation and efficiency by implementing infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Ansible
• Provide expert support and guidance to colleagues and customers, ensuring seamless cloud operations for international clients

Your Experience

• Formal training in IT System Integration (e.g., Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or an equivalent qualification through hands-on experience
• Expertise in managing Linux (Ubuntu) systems using tools like Ansible, along with experience handling Java applications and databases
• Background in monitoring and automation, with hands-on experience in Grafana, Prometheus, and Bash scripting
• Proficiency in networking and security principles, including firewalls, load balancing
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance
• Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle and infrastructure-as-code (Ansible, Terraform etc) is a plus
