For our headquarters in Mauerstetten, we are currently seeking a Full-time System Administrator (m/f/d) for Microsoft M365 and D365. We are currently in the midst of an exciting transition of our ERP system to MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. As part of this transformation, we are expanding our MS environment into the MS Cloud. Join our team and take charge of the operation of our hybrid M365 environment as well as the newly emerging Dynamics 365 environments.

Your Responsibilities

• You will operate and further develop our hybrid Microsoft 365 environment—from Exchange and SharePoint to Teams and OneDrive, all the way to Azure AD / Entra ID.
• You will ensure that our security and compliance policies are reliably implemented (e.g., MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, Defender, Purview).
• You will oversee the migration of on-premises systems to the cloud and handle analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• You will support our IT colleagues in 2nd-level support with questions regarding Microsoft 365.
• You will advise business departments on the optimal use of Microsoft 365 tools and contribute your own ideas for new applications.
• You will introduce new features and solutions within Microsoft 365 and promote their successful adoption.
• You will keep an eye on trends and developments in the M365 and D365 environments and evaluate which innovations will drive our organization forward.

What You Bring To The Table

• Several years of professional experience in the administration of hybrid M365 environments
• Experience in operating MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management environments is a plus
• Detailed knowledge of the administration and configuration of Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD/Entra ID
• In-depth knowledge of interfaces between cloud and on-premises systems
• Knowledge of security and compliance tools in the M365 environment
