Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD)
• Operate and support cloud telephony/VoIP platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, or Caesaris
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver secure and reliable system and communication services
• Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems (on-premise and cloud-based)
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support and maintain documentation
• Support system compliance, security, and availability

Skills/Must have:

• Training or degree in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration, or B.Sc. in IT)
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft system administration
• Familiarity with VoIP or cloud communication tools (Teams, Webex, Caesaris)
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls)
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and backup strategies
• Independent, structured, and team-oriented mindset
