What can you expect?

• You provide 1st and 2nd level user support.
• You set up hardware, which involves several steps depending on the type of hardware you're working with.
• You administer Windows Client and Server Systems: manage user accounts, troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• You utilize Linux Servers and Console: perform administrative tasks on Linux servers and manage and monitor virtualization environments.
• You monitor systems and manage MDM/Mail Systems.

• You are familiar with working in IT and our working tasks for at least 5 years.

• You are fluent in German and English, at least B1 level.
