POSTE

Our client, an established organization in the biotechnology and laboratory sector, is seeking a talented IT Technician / System and Network Administrator to strengthen its IT department. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting‑edge laboratory operations by ensuring a stable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software, including PCs, servers, storage systems, network devices, IP telephony, and printers.
• Provide daily technical support to internal users, ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality service.
• Administer and maintain operating systems and critical business applications.
• Monitor system performance, network integrity, and security.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects such as upgrades, migrations, and process improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

PROFIL

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in system and network administration, ideally within a Windows and / or Linux environment.
• Good understanding of networking technologies (LAN / WAN, routing, switching, firewalls).
• Familiarity with virtualization, backup, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive and service‑oriented attitude.
• Experience in the medical, laboratory, or healthcare sector is considered a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English and French is required; any additional language is a plus.
