Responsibilities

• Handle systems that manage user identities (e.g., who gets access to what within an organization).
• Specifically, work with tools like Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Active Directory (AD).
• Ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Fix issues (2nd level support), monitor systems, and apply updates or changes.
• Manage key parts of IT like Active Directory (on-premises), Microsoft Entra, and possibly areas like DNS (domain naming), PKI (certificates), and IT policies.

Skills/Must have

• Active Directory
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Entra connectors (tools to link systems)
• Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
• MS Certificate Authority Services (managing digital certificates for security).
• Good with PowerShell scripting to automate tasks.
