Join us, benefit from these excellent conditions and strengthen our Innovation Team asSystem Engineer (m/f/d) – R&D Your tasks:Lead requirements gathering and define functional specifications, ensuring traceability to market needs and internal constraints. Develop and maintain system architecture for new products, variants, and major evolutions, coordinating technical choices across disciplines. Manage design and development phases from feasibility to pre-series, ensuring compliance with system-level requirements. Drive resolution of complex technical issues and lead root cause analysis for quality and reliability improvements. Oversee lifecycle management, including continuous improvement, cost reduction, and obsolescence handling. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners, ensuring alignment on priorities and technical solutions. Apply systems engineering methods and contribute to process and tool improvements, ensuring complete and accurate documentation. Provide technical support to Marketing, Sales, and After-Sales for critical projects and customer interactions.
