Are you an experienced System Engineer with a passion for virtualization technologies, ready to take on a key role in shaping a high-performance infrastructure? If so, we look forward to receiving your application!

#PROFILE

Shared responsibility for configuring, optimizing, and ensuring the smooth operation of our virtualization infrastructure based on KVM throughout its entire lifecycle

Planning and implementing infrastructure changes, troubleshooting technical issues, and conducting in-depth root cause analyses

Monitoring system performance and initiating proactive measures to optimize resource utilization, prevent bottlenecks, and ensure optimal performance of hypervisors

Mentoring less experienced team members on technical topics

Ensuring timely resolution of support tickets and adherence to SLAs in collaboration with the team lead

Close collaboration with development teams providing tools, automation, and hypervisor technologies

Working closely with related operational departments (e.g., Windows, Linux, Network, Logistics) and actively contributing to cross-team collaboration

#WANTED

Several years of experience in operating and troubleshooting complex virtualization environments (ideally KVM and/or VMware)

Solid knowledge of Linux-based infrastructures, hypervisor technologies, and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, or PRTG)

High level of personal responsibility, a hands-on mindset, and strong organizational skills

Experience in incident, problem, and change management

Willingness to participate in on-call duties
