SYSTEM ENGINEER – WINDOWS | CITRIX (m/f/d)

Location : Frankfurt am Main (Hybrid | 2–3 days remote)

Languages : Fluent German (C1) & Strong English (B2)

Your Daily Theatre

• Operate, optimise, and elevate high, availabilityCitrix environments.
• Maintain a modernMicrosoft-based server landscape (2016–2022).
• Dive deep intoExchange (preferably clustered) ,MS SQL , and other apps that power enterprise-grade stability.
• Collaborate acrosshosting ,infrastructure , andnetwork teams.
• Occasionally face clients, but your work speaks louder than your wardrobe.

Who You Are

• 3+ years in IT operations, or5+ years in another IT path with grit.
• You’ve seen theCitrix battlefield and lived to automate another day.
• You actuallyknow Windows Server, not just where the Control Panel lives.
• You’ve been the admin, not the observer, especially inExchange, MS SQL .
• Fluent inGerman (C1) . Conversational inEnglish (B2) . (Both are deal-breakers.)

Bonus Points If You Know...

• Ansible ,SCCM ,PowerShell , or other automation artillery.
• What it means torun hosting environments with skin in the game.
• The value of aCitrix cert , or better yet, have one.

• You’ve only dabbled in Citrix or prefer theory to application.
