Your Future Tasks
- Ensure end‑to‑end technical integration and functional alignment across offshore wind farm systems, including OSS, ONS, TP, WTGs, electrical infrastructure, cables, SCADA, protection, and grid interfaces.
- Define and maintain system integration strategies, functional architectures, and interface requirements across all project phases from concept through commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate and manage technical interfaces between disciplines, work packages, OEMs, and contractors, ensuring consistency, compatibility, and clear responsibility splits.
- Identify, manage, and resolve system‑level risks, gaps, and interface issues during design, construction, commissioning, and energisation.
- Support system‑level testing, commissioning, and energisation activities, providing validation of integrated system performance and operational readiness.
- Maintain system integration documentation and drive standardisation and continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.
Your Profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Automation, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in system integration for offshore wind, substations, power systems, or large industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of OSS, ONS, TP, WTG, cable systems, protection & control, and SCADA architectures.
- Expertise in interface management, system engineering, and integration methodologies.
- Ability to interpret system diagrams, network architectures, SLDs, and control philosophies.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills at system level.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills across disciplines and contractors.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are an asset.
