We are the global market leader of automated test systems in the semiconductor industry.

As a System Integration Engineer at our site in Böblingen , you will play a key role in ensuring seamless product integration, robust test processes, and high quality operational performance across global integration centers (GIC, NPIC).

Your Responsibilities

• Own KPI management and reporting, perform trend and Pareto analysis, root cause analysis, and lead improvement initiatives to enhance quality and operational output.
• Manage equipment accountability for all GIC test and integration equipment, including maintenance and support plans for DUT boards, performance verification, and Hipot systems.
• Oversee product integration into system-level testing, define GIC test strategy, and provide ongoing product and software support in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support capacity expansions, process adaptations, and improve test, debug, and repair processes to increase throughput and stability.
• Define GIC test strategy and manage product integration into system-level testing for new product introductions.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering or comparable field.
• Experience in test engineering, system integration, or manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of production test environments and equipment.
• Knowledge of development of printed circuit assemblies and experience in end-to-end manufacturing processes of high level electronic assemblies (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills including root cause and Pareto analysis.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in global teams.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.
• Structured, self‑driven working style with focus on quality and efficiency.
