For our location in Achern in the Black Forest, we are looking for a technical product specialist who enjoys delving deep into the system, recognizing connections, and putting their knowledge into practice.

System Technician (m/f/d) Voice Alarm Systems - Achern Reference number: The following challenges await you

In this role, you will be the technical expert for our electroacoustic security systems. You will not be working on construction sites, but rather on the system: analyzing, testing, explaining, and improving. As an internal contact person, you will support colleagues from the technical and sales departments and ensure that our solutions function reliably.

Specifically, this means:

• You will be the first point of contact for technical questions about our electroacoustic systems.
• You will analyze requirements and develop technical solution concepts for internal teams.
• You will support colleagues in the technical department in the implementation of challenging projects.
• You will carry out product tests and play an active role in the optimization and further development of our systems.
• You will work with the latest technologies, test interfaces and new interface standards, and support their introduction.
• With your technical expertise, you will help ensure that customers in areas such as the judiciary, public authorities, energy supply, and KRITIS can rely on secure systems every day.

What is important to us

• A completed degree in electrical engineering, IT, or a comparable technical qualification, preferably with further training as a technician.
• An interest in complex technical systems and a desire to understand and communicate interrelationships.
• Ideally, some knowledge of IT or PC technology and a basic understanding of networks or interfaces.
• A structured, independent way of working and the desire to thoroughly understand technical issues.
• Team spirit, reliability, and a desire to be truly needed as a technical contact person.
