Your Responsibilities

• Support of active/passive data networks
• Administration of active network components (switches, routers)
• Planning, testing, and implementing new functionalities on network components
• Administration and support of WLAN controllers and access points
• Patch management and general support and maintenance work in the data network
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving network issues, including user support
• Creating technical documentation

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable professional qualification
• Knowledge of complex network infrastructures with several years of professional experience
• Solid experience in managing and configuring network switches (e.g., Brocade, HP, Aruba, Arista)
• Knowledge and practical experience in managing WLAN systems and network technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching)
• Experience with network security concepts, e.g., 802.1X authentication
