Role Overview

• Support the growth of the Pfaffenhofen site by coordinating and executing recruitment initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape effective hiring approaches.
• Assist in drafting and refining job profiles.
• Manage and brief external recruitment partners, ensuring a structured and consistent approach.
• Provide guidance on leveraging social media platforms for talent acquisition.
• Prepare recruitment-related updates and reports for ongoing projects.
• Organise and administer assessment and selection processes.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and compile qualified candidate shortlists.
• Regular presence at the Pfaffenhofen site is required, though not on a full-time basis.

Candidate Profile

• Solid track record in full-cycle recruitment, gained in either an agency setting or within a multinational organisation.
• Background in the pharmaceutical field is beneficial, especially within oncology, cardiology, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong command of both German and English.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting module) is a plus.
• A university degree focused on HR or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Remote work is possible, with 1–2 on-site days expected.
