NIO is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is passionate about Talent Acquisition to support recruiting for NIO Europe. You will work closely with each local HR team as well as business units to facilitate the hiring tasks in different countries across Europe. As a TA intern, you will deeply be involved in our daily recruitment projects. Your work scope will include but not limited to: Work together with TA Lead to generate hiring demands from business and follow up the recruitment process afterwards.Talent market research and provide insight to business.Candidate sourcing and pipeline management.Incentive Talent Acquisition projects coordination. We’re looking for a candidate with: Bachelor or above degree in major of Human Resources, Business Administration and other related.Good communication skills and positive to challenge works. Willing to deep dive in Talent Acquisition area.Solid skills in MS office and data analysis.Proficiency in spoken & written English, German language is a plus.Good mindset of service and fast learner.Could work at least 4 days or above per week.
