Overview

The JD STAR Program is an annual recruitment initiative launched by JD.com in 2015, targeting fresh graduates from top universities worldwide. The program aims to nurture talent by placing high-potential graduates in roles that support JD.com\'s fast-growing business and by providing extensive training and coaching. It is a dedicated career development platform for sustained growth, designed for graduates seeking professional advancement and career achievements.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of overseas recruitment projects, including resume screening and interview scheduling. Manage the full-process coordination and arrangement from the initial interview to the final interview.
• Communicate with candidates and interviewers, coordinate and follow up on the progress of interviews to ensure smooth progress.
• Conduct recruitment-related data statistics and organize relevant materials, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the department leader.

Qualifications

• Majors: Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology
• Core Competencies: Internship experience in corporate HR departments and recruitment agencies
• Technical Skills: Proficient with ATS systems (e.g., Workday), basic Excel data analysis
• Cultural Attributes: Punctuality and discipline; adaptability to JD\'s flexible culture; Business-level English; Native German (Chinese not required); Have relevant industry internship experience.
