TYTAN is a young deep-tech defense startup on a mission to restore the economics of air defense through scalable, cost-effective, AI-powered systems. Our autonomous counter-drone solutions protect people and critical infrastructure, and our team brings together expertise in autonomous systems, UAV design, and next-generation defense technologies.

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who is eager to make a real difference. In this role, you will lead the entire recruitment lifecycle and play a key part in shaping TYTAN's People & Culture function. Your mission: attract and retain exceptional talent, lay the foundations for a high-performing team, and help foster a resilient, values-driven organizational culture.

Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or HR; experience in a tech or manufacturing environment is a strong plus.

  • Academic background in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development, ideally with hands-on exposure to high-growth, fast-paced companies.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Solid knowledge of German labor laws, HR compliance, and recruiting principles.

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

  • Proficient in HR software and digital tools, ideally Personio or similar platforms.

Your roadmap to make an impact

  • Design and execute TYTAN's talent acquisition strategy, aligning it with our mission and growth trajectory.

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing to onboarding - ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

  • Scale with intention by building processes that attract, evaluate, and retain top talent across technical and non-technical roles.

  • Ensure compliance with German labor law while introducing modern, scalable HR practices and future-proof processes.
