You own how talent finds us and how we choose each other. You’ll design a fair, fast process, bring in exceptional people across Tech and Non-Tech, and help us protect and scale a culture we’re proud of.
Own the funnel end to end: scope → JD → sourcing → structured interviews → offer → close
Source and engage great people proactively; keep a healthy, diverse pipeline
Raise the hiring bar: scorecards, trained interviewers, consistent candidate experience
Shape our brand for Tech/AI talent with content, events, and a strong referral loop
Be culture-positive: partner with founders on rituals, onboarding handover, and feedback loops
Have 3+ years of TA in a fast environment (startup/scale-up or agency)
Have hired engineers and non-engineers and know the difference in how to assess them
Communicate clearly, manage stakeholders, and make decisions move
Can show sourcing and conversion metrics you’re proud of
Think in systems and improve with data; bonus if you’ve built employer branding for engineers/AI
