We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA. It's a broad role covering a mix of technical, support and implementation roles.

This is a Hybrid role with some office time in Munich. You'll be joining our existing team in Romania.

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas
• Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
• Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
• Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months

🔍 What You Bring:

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and engaging talent through targeted outreach
• Background in Semi Conductors recruitment a bonus
• Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
• Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
• Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
• Build real Trust with our client
