Talent Acquisition Specialist – Active Sourcing (m/w/d)
Encavis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and execute Active Sourcing strategies in the renewable energy sector, focusing on recruiting top talent for solar and wind projects across Europe.

Your passion for building strong teams and spotting talent will matter. You will play a key role in building our Active Sourcing function, developing creative sourcing strategies, identifying and winning the best professionals for our growing organization – from initial outreach to successful placement. You will shape our candidate experience and build talent pipelines in close collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Active Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Identify suitable candidates, engage them directly, and build the Active‑Sourcing system from the ground up. Concurrently develop long‑term pipelines and maintain networks to proactively cover future staffing needs.
- Creative Recruiting Strategies: Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates for Encavis.
- Recruiting Process & Candidate Experience: Conduct initial interviews, support the entire recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience in close collaboration with internal partners.
- Data Analysis & Process Optimization: Use modern recruiting tools, analyze relevant KPIs, and derive optimisations to continuously improve our processes.
- Employer Branding & Corporate Image: Actively shape our employer brand and represent Encavis as an attractive employer – e.g. by enhancing our career site and external platforms.
- Market Observation & Strategic Projects: Monitor the labour market, recognise emerging trends early, and lead projects to further develop our People & Culture processes, such as strategic workforce planning or interview training.
Must‑Haves
- Experience & Active Sourcing Competence: Several years of experience in Active Sourcing or Talent Acquisition, ideally with sector knowledge in renewable energies, and proficiency in direct outreach via relevant platforms.
- Tool Affinity & Language Skills: Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, XING TalentManager, and common search techniques. Fluent in German and English to navigate an international environment confidently.
- Communication Strength & Advisory Ability: Strong communication, a sense for target groups and tone, and experience advising hiring managers and business‑oriented information preparation.
