Responsibilities

• Write and post job advertisements.
• Manage applications.
• Conduct selection interviews to recruit new talents for our restaurants in Germany.
• Support the organization of Career Days across Germany and online.
• Participate in the organization of events at hospitality schools.
• Develop our company network with target schools and institutions.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, organized, and effective person sharing our values: authenticity, excellence, meritocracy, and entrepreneurship.
• Proactive profile in finding new ideas & solutions to support HR processes.
• Experience in recruitment in a fast‑paced environment, especially hospitality and restaurants.
• Good understanding of HR processes and practices; basic knowledge of local employment law and regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Effective communication skills and ability to interact professionally at all levels.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Genuine interest in the restaurant industry.
• Good management of ATS & back office.
• Languages: preferably Italian and English; German is nice to have.
