On behalf of our customers we are looking for a Talent AcquisitionSpecialist (m/f/d) at our Cologne location as part of our directpersonnel placement service.

• Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to contractsigning
• Identifying and approaching suitable candidates via onlineplatforms and networks
• Conducting telephone and video interviews as well as candidateassessments
• Advising managers on recruiting strategies and labor market trends
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and talentpool
• Supporting employer branding and HR marketing initiatives

Your profile

• Degree in business administration, psychology, HR management orsimilar
• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in aninternational environment
• Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong communication, organizational skills and a hands-onmentality
