Talent Acquisition Specialist Recruiter (mfd)

Third Bridge München

Stellenbeschreibung:

The Opportunity

Following our successful European expansion Third Bridge is seeking a proactive Early Careers Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our growing Munich office. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract (with potential for extension) designed for a self‑starter who is passionate about identifying and nurturing the next generation of talent.

As a key member of the team in Munich you will be the driving force behind our graduate recruitment efforts, acting as the face of our brand for German graduates. While your primary focus will be on talent acquisition you will also have limited exposure (approx. 5%) to general HR topics offering a unique opportunity to gain insight into the broader People function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graduate & Associate Hiring: Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment for our Private Equity and Consulting teams with a laser focus on securing high‑caliber early‑career talent for the Munich Office.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute tailored strategies to identify and attract top‑tier graduate candidates through LinkedIn referrals, university networks and other local channels.
  • Campus Engagement: Champion the Third Bridge brand at premier German universities and career fairs building a strong pipeline of future talent.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless professional and positive candidate journey from initial outreach to offer management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Munich‑based hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records within our ATS to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to inform future recruitment strategies.

HR Exposure

  • HR Support: Gain introductory exposure to HR operations by assisting with basic tasks and ad‑hoc queries as needed.
  • Local Coordination: Act as a point of contact for simple local HR matters liaising with the central People Team where appropriate.
  • Team Engagement: Support local culture‑building initiatives and office activities.

Qualifications

We are looking for a recruitment professional with a passion for early careers and a drive to find the best talent in the market.

  • Experience: Professional experience in recruitment ideally with a focus on early careers, graduate hiring or high‑volume recruitment within the German market (either in‑house or via a specialist agency/RPO).
  • Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to proactively source and engage candidates.
  • Language Skills: Fluent German (C1/C2 level) and fluent English are mandatory.
  • Education: Hold an undergraduate degree.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with students and graduates. Independent, organised and a collaborative team player.

Additional Information

What We Offer:

  • Autonomy & Impact: The chance to be the focal point of the recruitment function for a key European office.
  • Professional Development: Hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment with the opportunity to gain valuable insight into HR operations.
  • Culture: A hybrid working model within a supportive high‑performance global team.
  • Modern Environment: Work from our Munich hub located in the heart of Munich – central, easily accessible and right in the middle of the action.
  • Benefits:
    • Enjoy comprehensive benefits including an Apple MacBook and 20 % employee reimbursement for mobile phone usage.
    • Appreciate good work‑life balance with 30 vacation days, flex days and work from anywhere for one month per year.
    • We support your health and wellbeing with grants for fitness studios and sporting activities.
    • Every day you can enjoy fresh coffee from our in‑office barista.
    • Be part of our engaging culture with social events, professional development and a dynamic supportive team.
