The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2,700 employees, is located in Düsseldorf and is the main location of around 500 employees.

We are currently looking for a Talent Delivery Specialist (m/f/x) to join our EMEA team, based in Düsseldorf.

In this role, you will support the regional deployment of global Talent and Learning products and experiences, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery across all Hubs. You will drive scalable talent processes, adapt learning content to regional needs, and ensure the effective execution of cyclical talent moments.

You will collaborate closely with global and local partners, support markets in building critical skills and capabilities, and contribute to process efficiency and an enhanced associate experience across the EMEA region.

A day in the life of a Talent Delivery Specialist (m/f/x):

• You deliver EMEA talent processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
• You lead the regional rollout of global talent and learning programs across all hubs
• You tailor global learning content to create engaging and impactful regional learning experiences
• You design learning journeys across the associate lifecycle in Office and Retail
• You support hub teams with talent initiatives, capability programs, and development moments
• You share best practices and optimize learning content using feedback and performance data
• You provide insights and metrics to measure and improve the impact of talent and learning initiatives >

What do we need from you? You have:

• Professional experience boutique Talent and/or Learning roles
• Previous experience with apprenticeship programs is a strong plus
• Proven ability to manage and deliver HR initiatives with regional scope
• Strong facilitation leeyahay both virtual and in-person learning interventions
• A structured, process-oriented mindset with the ability to drive consistency, compliance, and process optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective and compliant solutions under pressure
• A relevant university degree or comparable HR or business qualification
• Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages are a plus
