Talent Management Specialist

We are a multinational corporation serving both B2B & B2C markets with annual revenues in Germany of over $1.5 billion.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Talent Management Specialist to work as part of the European team and supporting our talent development in Germany.

This is a hybrid role with approx. 3 days in the office per week.

About the role

You will be responsible for leading the execution of the performance management strategy, driving the implementation of talent activities while ensuring consistency in process and approach.

Responsibilities

Supporting talent management initiatives to ensure employee development, succession planning and high potential are achieved
Coordinating process improvements to enable greater organizational efficiency around talent management initiatives
Collaborating proactively with regional HR teams to support talent development needs
Supporting learning and development teams in creating targeted training opportunities to help teams deliver on objectives and budgets
Driving the design and implementation of career development frameworks to enable colleague growth.

About you

At least 3 years of experience in talent management or HR business partnering with a strong focus on talent development
Good understanding of workforce planning, career pathing, succession planning, and talent review processes
Strong facilitation skills with experience in leading training workshops
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in a multicultural environment
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
