Talent Sourcer - German Speaking Hybrid in Berlin Fixed Term Contract - 6 months

We’re hiring a

Talent Sourcer

to support our client, hiring across EMEA.

It's a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.

This is a Hybrid role with some office time in

Berlin

(3 days per week).

You’ll be a true partner to the business, working with a talent acquisition team to source top talent, optimising the top of funnel sourcing processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this Enterprise client.

What You’ll Do: Proactive Sourcing:

Utilize search techniques (Boolean, X-ray) to identify passive candidates across LinkedIn, social media, and databases. Talent Mapping & Pipeline Building:

Research industry trends to build diverse talent pipelines for critical, hard-to-fill roles. Initial Engagement:

Conduct initial outreach via personalised emails or phone calls to engage passive talent. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to understand role requirements and refine search strategies. Data & Metrics Management:

Maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and track KPIs like response rates and pipeline quality.

What You Bring: Experience:

Proven experience in a sourcing or recruiting role. Tools:

High proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Search Techniques:

Strong research skills, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and Boolean proficiency. Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging candidates. Analytical Ability:

Ability to analyse market data and understand industry nuances. Resilience:

Proactive mindset with the ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced work. Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
