Talented eyewear adviser (m/f/d)

Our client is a leading eye care and eyewear retailer. They are part of a larger group with over 7,000 retail stores across 130 countries and brands like Ray Ban, Oakley, Prada and Burberry to name a few. They are not a typical retail business; they are absolutely obsessed with eye care and looking for someone who shares their passion as a customer service representative (m/f/d) in their call center.

About the role:

1. Being part of a fun and family-oriented team and working with experienced optical professionals.
2. Being perceptive to customer eye care needs and lifestyle requirements - from sunglasses, lenses, frames, and accessories.
3. Being an ambassador for a range of luxury brands.
4. Answering questions concerning product care, debility of sight, agreeability of lenses, availability of products, and others.

About you:

1. A team player who cares intensely about delivering exceptional customer service.
2. Speaks German and one of the following languages: English, French, Italian, or Turkish.
3. Results-oriented and motivated to share in company success.
4. Previous experience in working in customer service would be an advantage.
5. Optical experience beneficial but not essential.
