Program Overview

The Mondelēz 2026 Graduate Program – Cross Functional Supply Chain Leadership Development is a three‑year, three‑rotation scheme that gives you hands‑on experience in manufacturing, customer service and logistics, and in engineering, procurement, quality or our operations centers.

Future leaders who are agile, good communicators and problem‑solvers, who think innovatively and work well both in teams and independently. You should be excited about working in diverse supply‑chain and manufacturing environments and be willing to relocate domestically for rotations.

Candidate Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Relevant experience through an internship or similar is advantageous but not required.
• Leadership ambition and examples of leadership in education, hobbies or work.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Domestic or international mobility to relocate during the scheme.
