Client: International boutique law firm

Our recruitment agency is currently assisting a well-established boutique law firm in its search for a Tax Associate to join its growing Luxembourg office.

About the firm

Our client is a specialized international law firm with a strong focus on the alternative investment industry. The firm combines top-tier technical expertise with a pragmatic and business-oriented approach, offering tailor-made solutions to investment funds, asset managers, and institutional investors.

Their Luxembourg team advises clients on a broad range of matters, including fund formation and structuring, cross-border transactions, tax planning, and M&A operations.

Your role

As part of a collaborative and experienced tax team, you will:

- Contribute to the structuring and implementation of alternative investment funds;

- Advise on tax-efficient strategies for fund sponsors and investors;

- Support transactions in private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private debt;

- Assist with corporate restructurings, exits, and remuneration planning;

- Work closely with colleagues from other departments on multi-jurisdictional projects.

- You will gain hands-on exposure to complex transactions and be encouraged to develop your technical and advisory skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

PROFIL

Your profile

- Between 2 and 4 years of relevant experience in tax, ideally in Luxembourg;

- Strong command of English and German both written and spoken (French is an asset);

- Solid technical understanding and analytical mindset;

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to deepen your expertise in the alternative investment field.
