You'll do this with us

• You are a tax advisor and understand the processes in tax consulting inside and out.
• You design the strategic and operational interface between clients, legal/tax processes, and IT: analyze, optimize, digitize – that's your playground.
• You develop digital workflows, manage internal processes, and set new process standards.
• You advise colleagues and clients on digital tools, systems, and process optimization.
• You drive digitalization and change projects forward and actively contribute to our digital future.
• You support clients on their journey of digital transformation in a process-oriented and cross-software manner.

This is what you bring with you

• Qualification as a tax advisor
• Excellent understanding of systems, digital tools, and workflows, especially DATEV and ideally MS 365
• Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a feel for change
• Motivation to engage with future-oriented topics such as artificial intelligence and to implement them in practice
• Independent working style and enjoyment of shaping and improving processes

• 37.5-hour week & part-time:
  Our standard full-time week is 37.5 hours. Flexible part-time models are possible.
• Home office & mobile working:

  If you've completed your weekly hours early, a 4-day week is possible on any weekday.
• Overtime policy:
  Overtime is compensated or offset with time off in lieu.
• Working hours:
  Flexible daily working hours between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., within legal regulations.
