Tax Manager - Transfer Pricing

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead transfer pricing activities within a dynamic multinational finance team. This role focuses on managing transfer pricing documentation, advising on restructurings, and collaborating with tax authorities worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and document business restructurings and transfer pricing implications, including intangible asset valuations.
• Serve as a key liaison with domestic and international tax authorities during audits and compliance reviews.
• Support and coordinate global transfer pricing documentation, including Master and Local Files.
• Perform data analysis and prepare transfer pricing reports based on functional and economic analyses.
• Assist in negotiating and managing advance pricing agreements and resolving transfer pricing disputes globally.
• Contribute to the review and enhancement of transfer pricing policies and frameworks.
• Provide transfer pricing expertise for corporate projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and reorganisations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Business, Law, or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of relevant experience in transfer pricing within consulting firms, corporate tax departments, or tax authorities.
• Strong understanding of both domestic and international transfer pricing and tax regulations.
• Proficient in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with a structured and independent approach.
• Confident user of MS Office tools.
• Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
