Do you have a background in education and a desire to explore new horizons? Are you passionate about inclusion, technology, and helping every child stay connected to learning?

At No Isolation, we are looking for a committed education professional to help transform how schools support children who are unable to attend due to illness or other long-term challenges. Through our telepresence robot AV1, these students can continue to take part in school life and stay connected to their classmates and teachers – even when they cannot be there in person.

If you have experience from the education sector and are curious about how your skills can make an impact beyond the traditional classroom, this could be the opportunity for you.

What will be your mission?

  • Act as a trusted partner for schools, municipalities (Kommunen), and education authorities, helping them implement and maximize the value of AV1.
  • Guide clients through successful trials, ensure smooth rollouts, and support long‑term adoption of the solution.
  • Define success criteria, follow up on progress, coordinate with internal teams, and identify new opportunities where remote access to education can make a real difference for students.
  • Provide professional guidance on everything from AV1’s technical setup to its pedagogical integration, ensuring that AV1 is not just a piece of technology but a meaningful contribution to inclusion and participation in German schools.
  • Use insights from the field to help us continuously improve how we support schools and adapt to the evolving German education landscape.

Who are we looking for?

  • Background in education, preferably with experience in inclusion, digitalisation, or school development.
  • Understanding of the German education system and its structures (Länder, Schulträger, Kommunen).
  • Experience collaborating with local education authorities, municipalities or ministries of education (Bildungsministerien).
  • Ability to navigate both pedagogical and administrative environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in German, and good written and spoken English.
  • A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and genuine passion for making a difference.

Location: We’re primarily looking for someone based in Berlin or the eastern part of Germany. You will report to our Director of Customer Success and work closely with cross‑functional teams across all locations. While the role is remote, our Munich office offers the chance to connect and collaborate in person when desired.
