Team Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your future responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily implementation of performance targets in collaboration with your team
• Coordinating your employees and liaising with team members to ensure safety, order, and cleanliness
• Supporting the shift supervisor in day-to-day operations and continuous process improvement
• Training and guiding new employees through work procedures
• You lead your team in a motivating, respectful, and results-oriented manner and serve as a competent point of contact and role model

What we’re looking for:

• Ideally, experience in warehouse logistics
• Some experience in team leadership
• Willingness to work shifts (2-shift system)
• You tackle challenges with a solution-oriented approach and can quickly familiarize yourself with new responsibilities.
