The Team Head of HR Operations Europe leads a multinational HR Operations team overseeing HR administration, payroll, and compliance across 19 European countries. The role ensures legal and procedural accuracy, drives digital transformation through the HRIS Personio, and supports management in implementing organizational changes and global HR initiatives. The purpose of the role is to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable HR operations across Europe, enabling business growth and organizational stability. By harmonizing HR processes, optimizing digital workflows, and ensuring legal compliance in all countries, the position contributes directly to operational excellence and supports the company's mission of building a sustainable and high-performing international organization.
