Job Description Reports to the Domain Head of Platform SolutionL3 support of the applicationfor all European SaaS customersOwns all related regional Avaloq customization solutionsDefines together with the Domain Scrum Master and the team the work model for the teamFacilitates team meetings in order to meet the requirements of the customerProvides technical teams for dedicated strategic projects, customers and squads in the regionIntegrates external resources necessary to fill the positions/capacity required to fulfil its missionResponsible for the capacity planning and the ramp up of the team Qualifications Strong proven track recordof the full development lifecycle over the technicalcomponents/modules of core banking system implementationsExperience in the financial industry and familiar with financial regulationsExperience setting up advisory propositions systemsExperience as a line manager and in managing Third Party Suppliers and/or External ProvidersSaaS experience in a similar industry is required Additional Information We realize that managing work life balance is a challenge we all face in our daily lives and in order to support with this we are pleased to offer hybrid and flexible working for most of our Avaloqers to maintain work life balance and still continue our fantastic Avaloq culture in our global offices.
