Your profile

  • Completed vocational training and/or university degree
  • Several years of practical experience in B2B sales and initial leadership experience
  • Experience in the education sector is desirable
  • Goal-oriented and solution-focused working style
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and targets
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • User knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) is an advantage
  • A high degree of initiative, organizational talent, empathy, and teamwork skills complete your profile

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a new colleague to join our B2B Sales Team in Berlin on a full-time basis /40 hour a week starting as soon as possible. 
Key Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Disciplinary responsibility for the B2B team, i.e. personnel management through weekly team meetings, one-on-one discussions, and semi-annual performance reviews; administration of vacation requests, sick notes, travel requests, etc.
  • Conducting employee development meetings
  • Sales management and reporting of the B2B pipeline; overall responsibility for placement results with B2B partners and for matching suitable candidates with partner companies
  • Team onboarding; active participation in recruitment processes and the training of new employees
  • Project management for B2B cooperation development (technical and structural process implementation and optimization, support with program accreditations, organization of internal events) in coordination with the Project Management department
  • Further development of the CRM system Salesforce in cooperation with the IT department
  • Cross-departmental collaboration (student support, examinations office, quality management, accounting, academic department, marketing, international sales teams, etc.)
  • Strategic development and expansion of regional and national partnerships and networks to promote young talent
  • Acquisition of new corporate partners, particularly key accounts; conducting professional sales discussions in the field of dual study programs
  • Support and strengthening of major B2B partnerships to ensure long-term collaboration
