Deine Aufgaben
- Act as a key member of the B2B leadership team and set ambitious goals.
- Lead the Business Partner Sales team (~5 people) with professional and people management responsibilities.
- Recruit, onboard and train new team members.
- Build a dynamic, structured and motivated sales team through regular coaching, training and timely feedback.
- Conduct weekly team meetings and ensure sales campaigns are executed and targets achieved.
- Track campaign performance via KPIs, prepare reports and share with management.
- Maintain cross‑functional collaboration and provide constructive feedback flow with other departments.
- Meet regularly with the Commercial Director to provide feedback and improvement suggestions.
- Keep the sales team updated on corporate developments and important updates.
Dein Profil
- Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the events industry.
- Minimum 2 years of full‑scale sales team management.
- Exceptional communication and assertiveness skills.
- Ability to prioritize and decide on a project‑basis.
- Empathy and keen insight into employee potential.
- Strong moderation and negotiation skills, even in conflict situations.
- Result‑oriented, highly effective, organized and profit‑driven work style.
- Strong analytical and strategic abilities; works in a structured, data‑driven way.
- Fluent in German & English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM and CMS.
